Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

If you are currently not one of our fine family of patients, we ask that you complete the medical/dental history form and patient information sheet prior to your first visit. You can obtain these by calling 228-467-6044 and having us send them to you. Please return them to us or arrive 20 to 30 minutes early if they still need to be completed or haven't been returned in advance.

We reserve a special time for you at each appointment. We make every effort to be on time for our patients and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If an emergency occurs and you cannot keep an appointment, please call us a soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge for appointments cancelled or broken without 24 hours advance notice.
