provide the highest quality care on a sound basis, we have
developed a full range of convenient payment options for you
to choose from. Prior to the commencement of treatment, fees
and financial arrangements will be discussed with you. These
arrangements can be coordinated with your dental insurance
benefits. We accept most major dental insurance.
Charges for services rendered are due at the time dental
treatment is provided. We accept American Express, Discover,
Master Card, and Visa as forms of payment.

We will be happy to submit your insurance claims for you, to
expedite your reimbursement. Please bring in your insurance
card and insurance information with you on your first visit.
We will include this information in our computer database,
and have your claims sent directly to your insurance
company. This can be done electronically if your insurance
company accepts this method.
